Refund & Exchange Policy
 
Please read our refund & exchange policy carefully.



Immediate Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect items immediately upon receipt and before the courier departs.

On-the-Spot Returns: Items for refund must be returned to the courier at the point of delivery, without a delivery fee charged.
 

Responsibility After Acceptance: Items accepted without inspection are the customer’s full responsibility; no refunds can be processed once the courier has departed.
 
Exchanges: exchanges are allowed within 14 days with the original receipt. as long as the items are still in their original state and the tags are still on. 
with only the delivery fee charged.
**Delivery fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returns or exchanges.

 

Delivery Coordination: Coordinate a suitable delivery time with the courier to allow for immediate inspection and try-on.
 
Delivery Attempts: Our courier service will attempt to reach you three (3) times. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the order will be automatically canceled.
 
Cancellation Policy: For customers with a history of two (2) previous canceled orders, the third order will require full upfront payment.
 
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Defect Responsibility Period: Tony Store is responsible for any manufacturing defects on an item for a period of 30 days from the date of your order.
**Defects reported after this 30-day period cannot be accommodated.
